APRIL DEGUSTABOX REVIEW

April's Degustabox* was a bit of a mixed bag for me. I really enjoyed a few of the items, but most were a straight up no for me. The extra drinks packed in this month also meant it seem like there were less snacks and cooking stuffs.
Starting off with my favourites as usual, here's what I got in my box and ate in a flash.

It feels like I have been away from my blog for soooo long and that's no thanks to my iMac for breaking down.Luckily G was able to recover all my files but there's no reviving the computer. Sad times, but I'm glad to be back and blogging using various devices (non of which are mine) as I wait for my replacement.
Hosting Our 1st Housewarming Party

After months of house renovations, our home was finally ready for guests and I couldn't wait to have our friends over. Hosting dinner parties is one of my favourite things to do as it means I can spoil our guests and cook/bake to my hearts content.
Our housewarming was back in June last year, and I'd been meaning to blog about this forever! Oops. Better late than never.
There were loads of savoury finger foods and I made sure there were plenty of baked goodies too. As our housewarming was doubled up with my birthday, I also made a made a strawberry and nutella birthday cake. It's a running joke amongst my friends that I love baking my own birthday cake haha.
