Can you believe we are in November already?! This is the month when it finally feels right to think about Christmas, anytime before then is just too early.

I love sending hampers at Christmas to family members and those who already have everything. Food and drink always go down well and I know that receiving one can feel really indulgent since it's not something you usually buy for yourself.

This beautiful Explorer's Chest hamper is from Prestige Hampers*, who sell a range of luxury hampers such as artisan hampers, Christmas hampers, picnic hampers, gourmet gifts, wine crates, chocolate bouquets and fruit baskets. They also sell flowers too, which is another great gift to send.

The explorer's chest is a beautifully crafted wooden box which can be kept after all the goodies inside have been eaten. It suits the style of my home perfectly.

There's a fabulous selection of sweet and savoury items including biscuits, crackers, crisps, chocolate, Christmas pudding and Christmas cake, jam, tea, fudge and wine.

I've already started on the Christmas cake, crisps and fudge, all of which are delicious. The hamper is almost like having an advent calendar whenever I open the chest to pick out goodies. I'll be sure to save some of these to enjoy over the festive period too!
