Pepper lunch is one of my favourite places to eat at in Hong Kong and it's a ritual that I come here for a meal every time I am back in Hong Kong.

Originated from Japan, and oh-so popular with the locals in Hong Kong. I get my fix at the food court in Langhams's Shopping Centre or at Olympic Shopping Mall. 

I've had many combinations of beef from the menu and everything is delicious. The price is amazing too. For their top cut of beef, a set is less that HK$100 (£10). 

Prime steak set. This comes with rice on the side.

Their standard beef and rice comes with the option to add egg/cheese/extra corn for little bit extra.

The beef is always tender, beefy, and you can cook it to your preference on the hot griddle plate. Garlic pepper sauce, honey mustard sauce and all the black pepper you want is served on the side, I highly recommend the garlic pepper sauce!
